  • My unit has been damaged, what should I do?
    You should contact ArcEquine directly:

    We understand that damage can happen at anytime. This can be frustrating, especially when you have just bought a new unit, therefore ArcEquine offer a no fuss Swap Out Service. This runs alongside the Limited Warranty. It means if your device is broken, and it is not covered under the Limited Warranty, ArcEquine offer to swap the unit for a brand new one at a vastly reduced price.

  • What is the warranty for this product?
    Limited Warranty covers defects in materials & workmanship or electrical fault under normal use for a 2 years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (‘warranty period’). If a defect arises & a valid claim is received within the Limited Warranty period, Applied Microcurrent Technology will either repair the defective unit or exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts.
  • I've read about the gel causing irritation to the skin?
    As in the cases of humans, some horses can by hypersensitive or allergic to gels, or one of their constituent parts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that no horse will have an adverse reaction to its use. A typical reaction may be seen as inflammation at the site of the electrode.
